We built the agent. Then we read the calls.

CandexAI is built by two engineers from IIT Roorkee, based in Jaipur.

We set out to build AI agents that handle customer conversations, like a lot of people did. Then we read a few hundred transcripts end to end, which almost nobody does because it’s tedious.

The same things came up over and over. Questions nobody had counted. Worries nobody had written down. All of it thrown away at the end of every call.

So we built an agent that does the job and remembers what was said.
